6 Nights 7 Days Naimisharanya Lucknow Ayodhya Chhapiya Varanasi Prayagraj Tour Package — Naimisharanya Tour Package Overview

The 6 Nights 7 Days Naimisharanya Lucknow Ayodhya Chhapiya Varanasi Prayagraj Tour Package is an expansive North India spiritual grand circuit that connects six of Uttar Pradesh's most revered destinations across seven remarkable days. Begin your journey in Lucknow — the City of Nawabs — where 18th-century Mughal architecture and the flavours of Awadhi cuisine set the cultural tone. Seek the ancient blessings of Naimisharanya — the primordial rishi-forest where the 18 Puranas were narrated and the universe's navel lies. Stand in devotion at Ayodhya's Ram Mandir at Lord Ram's exact birthplace. Attend the pre-dawn mangala aarti at Chhapiya — the birthplace of Bhagwan Swaminarayan. Immerse in Varanasi — the eternal city — for a Kashi Vishwanath darshan and the thundering Ganga Aarti. Culminate your pilgrimage at Prayagraj's Triveni Sangam — where the Ganga, Yamuna, and invisible Saraswati unite, and where a single bath is believed to dissolve the sins of a thousand births. This 7-day circuit touches Vaishnavism, Shaivism, Shaktism, and the philosophical traditions of the Puranas — a complete spiritual encounter with India's Uttar Pradesh heartland.

Frequently Asked Questions — 6 Nights 7 Days Naimisharanya Lucknow Ayodhya Chhapiya Varanasi Prayagraj Tour Package

What is the route and total driving distance for this 6N7D circuit?

Route: Lucknow → Naimisharanya (~90 km) → Ayodhya (~100 km) → Chhapiya (~90 km) → Varanasi (~280 km) → Prayagraj (~120 km). Total road distance approximately 680 km over 7 days. The longest single drive is Chhapiya to Varanasi (5 hrs on Day 5), for which we depart after the mangala aarti and breakfast.

Why does the Prayagraj visit come after Varanasi on this tour?

Logistically, the most efficient routing from Chhapiya (near Gonda) goes east to Varanasi first (~280 km), then doubles back slightly west to Prayagraj (~120 km). This avoids the alternative route through Allahabad first, which would then require re-entering Varanasi on a longer road. The Varanasi → Prayagraj leg is also the most comfortable way to conclude the circuit, as Prayagraj has excellent rail and air connectivity for departure.

What is the best time of year for this circuit?

October to March. Diwali at Ayodhya (October/November) is world-famous — Ram Ki Paidi with 2.5 million diyas. Kartik month is auspicious for Varanasi and Prayagraj. Magh Mela at Prayagraj (January/February) is spiritually extraordinary. Purnima is especially meritorious at Naimisharanya. Ram Navami (March/April) fills Ayodhya with millions of devotees. Avoid May–June (45°C+ heat).

Can we extend this to include Bodhgaya?

Yes — Bodhgaya is ~260 km from Prayagraj, turning this into a 7N8D or 8N9D circuit. We offer comprehensive packages combining all these destinations. Check our 8N9D Naimisharanya package or contact us for a custom itinerary.
